Sorry to hear this! If you've ordered more than one bag, they are sometimes will be dispatched separately and can be delivered on different days. If the rest of your order doesn’t arrive soon after the first, get in touch or email us at info@canchabags.com and we’ll correct this straight away.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and exchanges within 60 days of purchase for unused and undamaged items. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging.
